Being an accomplished professional working within Fortune 500 Companies, Chicago Public Schools, the hospitality industry, and nonprofits, Joy has worked in various coordinating and managerial positions at well- known companies such as American Express, The Northern Trust Company, and Hyatt Regency Hotels throughout her career. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Florida A&M University.

Although she enjoyed many aspects of her professional experiences, decorating, organizing, and event planning /coordination is where she has naturally excelled for the past 14+ years. Joy’s background has advanced her proficiency in skillful negotiating for ascertaining cost efficient budgets, off-site/ on-site general business strategic planning support, superior client servicing, time-management, and goal-attainment while teaching her hands-on how to monitor and actively create an overall seamless, beautiful, and functional environment. These skill-sets and abilities are crucial when working with her clients to deliver a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable project that is a true reflection of them individually or their business.
